To provide accuracy we access a database that is updated every day with about 1.1m properties. After about half are discarded we are left with about 700,000 properties, all with valuations direct from brokers CRM systems.
As the uploads are daily, the algorythm is constantly updated to allow for fluctuations in the market and maintain the utmost accuracy. This also means we can set up alerts for you to receive regular updates on properties you are interested in.
Notaries and agents also provide the prices properties sold for, which even further increases the accuracy of the valuations generated via the algorythm used.
Valuations are based on a combination of the brokers knowledge of the property and the catastro in order to make accurate comparisons with other properties.
