THE STRENGTH OF THE FJORD 48 OPEN

The 48 Open is the biggest brother of the Fjord family in our yacht charter on Mallorca. With its length of 50 feet it offers in contrast to the smaller models Fjord 36 Xpress and Fjord 38 Xpress one cabin and 2 more berths. Both cabins have their own bathroom. For day charter up to 12 people will find enough space on the boat. Sun worshippers will be happy about the convertible seat at the stern of the yacht. These can be transformed into comfortable reclining areas with a few hand movements.

Also great: The maximum speed of 40 knots and the three Volvo Peta D6 diesel engines with 435 seahorse power each. A Williams Jet Tender is also part of the party and is parked inside the yacht like in a garage. The dinghy can be extended automatically if required, just like the electric gangway. If you rent our Fjord 48 Motoryacht in the harbour of Puerto Portals on Mallorca you have various possibilities and numerous destinations worth seeing which await you. Do you like water skiing or wakeboarding? Would you like to try a tube or donut? No problem - the Fjord 48 Open is ready, now you only have to decide what it should be. The last cry and your ticket to the underwater world off Mallorca are Seabobs. With these companions you can dive up to 18 km/h fast under water. This is a lot of fun you should have experienced at least once!

DATES, FACTS & EQUIPMENT

The Fjord 48 Open is well equipped and leaves nothing to be desired, even for demanding yacht charterers. The boat was built in 2018 and has two comfortable cabins with double beds on its 15.4 m length and 4.8 m width. The kitchenette is equipped with sink, hob, crockery, fridge and freezer. The air conditioning system ensures a cool head. The equipment on deck includes sun cushions, a second refrigerator, a bimini top and also a barbecue. Highlights of the technical equipment are to be emphasized: The generator, the electric gangway and the autopilot function.

FJORD 48 OPEN CHARTER ON MALLORCA / IBIZA

Our Fjord 48 Open is located on Mallorca in the port of Puerto Portals, but can also be chartered on Ibiza. The motor yacht can be booked as a daily or weekly charter. Who is interested in a half day charter can alternatively charter the Fjord 38 Xpress which can also be chartered without skipper. The port of Puerto Portals is not far from Palma de Mallorca and can be reached from there in 20 minutes by car.

THIS IS FJORD

The Norwegian brand Fjord was founded in the 1960s and acquired by the German Hanse Yachts AG in 2007. Since then, Fjord has set standards in boat building in the class up to 50 feet, which corresponds to a length of about 15 meters. When the Fjord 48 was published on the boat in Düsseldorf in 2015, it was the measure of all things with a few boats from established manufacturers. The current Fjord models are designed on the Cote d'Azur by star designer Patrick Banfield. Today, Fjord is something like the Maserati of the world's oceans and enjoys great popularity among boat owners with a penchant for stylish luxury.
