Charter around the Balearic Islands on Superyacht ‘Alcor’ .  She is a 35m. luxury tri-deck superyacht with a steel hull and an aluminium superstructure.  She is an elegant and safe yacht custom built in 2000 in the Heesen Shipyard.  Aldo Cichero is responsible for her beautiful exterior and interior design.  Overall, Alcor is a fantastic motor yacht and is proving to be popular because she is great value for the number of guests she can accommodate.  Furthermore, because she holds MCA classification and has the necessary Charter License legal to charter around the Balearic Islands, Spain.  She has a crew of 6 and can accommodate 10-12 guests in 5 cabins with navy design and 2 pullman bunks.

Her multidisciplinary and qualified crew has been working aboard the M/Y ALCOR almost for ten years.  Most noteworthy of the teams experience is having sailed around the World. This ensures you and your guests an unforgettable stay charter around the Balearic Islands.

COMMUNAL AREAS

On the main deck, her aft deck with tables and chairs leads into the large main Saloon with a-joining dinning area. She also has a second saloon on the next level which leads out onto an upper deck with further seating. On the fly bridge, Alcor has yet another dining table with u shaped seating.  Large comfortable sun mattress at the aft of the top deck are perfect for soaking up the Mediterranean sun.

Alcor's impressive leisure and entertainment facilities make her the ideal charter yacht for socialising and entertaining with family and friends.

Main deck: Large dining room to entertain and relax.  Equipped with the latest technology with satellite TV, DVD player and audio.  The kitchen is also on the main deck.  There is an attractive fly bridge on the main deck.  There are multiple areas to have lunch, and in the fly bridge, a spacious area for sunbathing.

Upper deck: another small lounge equipped with satellite television, DVD and audio player, allowing flexibility to organize meetings or using it as living room for adults or children.  There is also a private office and the bridge.

M/Y ALCOR is also a yacht adapted for handicapped through adapted gangways for wheelchairs and an elevator between the bridge and the main deck.

ACCOMMODATION

All cabins have television, DVD – CD, radio, IPD and USB connection.  In addition they have multimedia systems for music and movies through the main computer.  There is  satellite connectivity, local mobile telephones and high Speed Internet through Wi-Fi.  Finally, all cabins have ensuites shower rooms.

Timeless styling, beautiful furnishings and sumptuous seating feature throughout to create an elegant and comfortable atmosphere.

Alcor's interior layout provides luxury charter accommodation for up to 10-12 yacht charter guests in 5 comfortable cabins.  On the main deck there is a full width Master cabin with double bed and an en suite bathroom.

On the lower deck there are four spacious twin cabins all with en suite restrooms.  Two of the twin cabins have a double bed convertible to two twins.  The other two have twin beds and pullman berths.

She is also capable of carrying up to 6 crew on-board to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

TENDERS & TOYS

There is a 25'4'' / 4,7 m Novurania Tender with a 100 hp outboard motor.  In addition there is also a 10'5'' / 3,2 m Novurania Tender with a 35 hp outboard motor.

Toys include waverunner jet ski.  Then there are  water skis, kneeboard and wakeboard.  There is also a surfboard, wind surf board and a kayak for two.  Furthermore there is professional equipment for sport fishing and complete equipment for scuba diving which includes 4 bottles of compressed air for rendezvous diving..  Finally, there is a bicycle to take on land.

AMENITIES

Air Conditioning, WiFi connection on board, Gym/exercise equipment, Lift (Elevator), Wheelchair Friendly.  AV includes Satellite television with 4 receiver

Communications include Satellite Phone and Fax, UMTS - GSMGSM mobiles.  There is also 2 telephone lines and another exclusively for fax.  Finally there is high speed Internet through UMTS – GSM Wi-Fi from any spot of the boat

PERFORMANCE

M/Y ALCOR is also an ecological yacht since it is equipped with a salt-water purifier and sewage treatment before eliminating to the sea.

With a cruising speed of 12 knots, a maximum speed of 14 knots and a range of 3,500nm from her 46,000litre fuel tanks, she is the perfect combination of performance and luxury.

Finally she has a stabilizing system, making her stable and comfortable at anchor and underway.
